Do I need a consultation first?
For colour changes, corrections and extensions, yes. Consultations are complimentary and take about 15 minutes, in person or by video.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.
Do you take a deposit?
A card is held on file for all appointments. Services over $250 and all bridal bookings require a 25% deposit, applied to your final total.
Is there parking?
Complimentary valet is available on Knox Street during salon hours. Take the lift to the second floor.
Can I bring my child?
Children are welcome with an appointment of their own. For everyone's calm, we ask that guests do not bring other visitors to the salon floor.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards in any amount are available at the front desk or by phone and never expire.
